In the project: We propose a flexible cloud based radio access network (FRAN) for tactile internet TI, where traffic of user equipment (UEs) can be temporary offloaded from the operator provided networks to user provided networks. Dynamic network architectures (DNAs) have been developed under the assumption that some terminals can be converted into temporary access points (APs) anytime when connected to the Internet. A cognitive dynamic network architecture (CDNA) is developed where primary users (PUs) are rewarded for sharing their connectivities and acting as access points for secondary users (SUs). A new user-centric networking model for ubiquitous spectrum sharing is developed where every user can share and use the spectrum under uncertainty of their traffic models. A queue aware algorithm is developed to optimize resources guaranteeing low latency in multiple-input single-output (MISO) networks.
