| ENNCODE is a multidisciplinary initiative between three units of Tampere University and the National Defense University that creates solutions for the gathering and analysis of data on darknet, especially the forums of its visual part, the Dark Web. The solutions are then applied to the study of criminal and extremist networks on such forums. The initiative combines Natural language processing techniques with the work of communication, information and language scholars, toanalyze the networks operating on such forums. |
