Workload among personnel has traditionally been measured using questionnaire surveys. In this project, we will develop digital measures of personnel workload in inpatient hospital care. By linking data from a routine organizational data pools (health care and personnel administration records), we construct algorithms to predict employee well-being. This project represents a proof-of-concept study for novel digital tools to collect information on factors affecting employee health, sickness absences and
quality of working life at individual and work unit levels. |
