Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is one of the most powerful analytical techniques in physical sciences. Laplace NMR (LNMR) provides detailed information about dynamics of the systems, and it enables also to separate different components in the systems lacking spectral resolution. The resolution and information content of LNMR can be increased significantly by the multidimensional approach. However, long experiment time restricts the applicability of the approach. In this project, developed a new class of NMR experiments, ultrafast multidimensional LNMR, that shorten the experimental time by one to three orders of magnitude as compared to the conventional method and allow increasing the sensitivity of the experiment by several orders of magnitude by means of hyperpolarized substances. The technique offering unprecedented opportunities to study fast processes such as polymerization, gel formation, phase changes, metabolism and protein folding, in real-time.
